You will perform maintenance on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, sensors and servo‑controlled equipment, ensuring GMP compliance and assisting with installation and commissioning of new machinery. The role offers stability within a historic, evolving bakery business.

Responsibilities

• Reactive & Planned Maintenance: Respond immediately to breakdowns and execute Scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to maximize equipment uptime.
• Fault Finding & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, sensors, and servo‑controlled equipment.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure food safety standards are met.
• Project Work: Assist with installation, commissioning, and overhauling of new or existing machinery.
