Job summary

Oracle SA, a well-established multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer for London or Birmingham. NO SPONSORSHIP.

You will contribute to design and specification of mechanical/building services, work within an integrated design team, and support construction phase activities from site inspections to RFIs. The role requires a 3+ years' background and a degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Strong technical knowledge of Building Regulations, CIBSE/BSRIA Guides, IS/EN Standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong technical ability and good understanding of current engineering standards (Building Regulations, CIBSE/BSRIA Guides, IS / EN Standards).
• Experience in the design and specification of mechanical / building services systems (drainage, water services, heating, cooling, ventilation and controls).
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of an engineering team.
• Minimum Third level degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• 3 years+ experience in a similar role

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIY

• Engineering design and management of tasks on projects as part of an integrated project team.
• Design and specification of mechanical engineering solutions to current regulations and design standards.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE ASSISTING WITH THE FOLLOWING

• Working as part of a project design team.
