Introba in London is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to deliver high-quality building services designs and support project delivery. You will work within a team, produce design documentation, and ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.

Represent the company on projects, prepare reports and tender packages, and contribute to our reputation for Building Services Excellence while pursuing Chartered Engineer status.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant project experience.
• Working towards Chartered Engineer.
• Proficient in MS Office and Revit; IES or similar software preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental assessment methods (BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS) desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for sustainable, low-energy design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical engineering designs and detailed drawings for building services projects.
• Collaborate with team members, instruct technicians, and support staff.
• Prepare reports, tender packages, and present concepts to clients and design professionals.
• Monitor project quality and progress, assisting with budget preparation and cost-effective design solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
• Maintain professional development and work towards CIBSE chartership.
