Job summary

Introba is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to deliver high-quality building services designs and support project delivery for our London office.

This role focuses on hands-on design work, collaborating within a team, and ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability. You will represent the company on projects, prepare design documentation, and contribute to our reputation for Building Services Excellence.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
  • 3+ years of relevant project experience.
  • Working towards Chartered Engineer.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Revit; experience with IES or similar software preferred.
  • Knowledge of environmental assessment methods (BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS) desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for sustainable, low-energy design.

  • Deliver mechanical engineering designs and detailed drawings for building services projects.
  • Collaborate with team members, instruct technicians, and support staff.
  • Prepare reports, tender packages, and present concepts to clients and design professionals.

  • Maintain professional development and work towards CIBSE chartership.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
  • 3+ years of relevant project experience.
  • Working towards Chartered Engineer.
  • Preferred Technically competent with a team-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Revit; experience with IES or similar software preferred.
  • Knowledge of environmental assessment methods (BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS) desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
