Job Description:

Maintenance Operations

1. Perform maintenance and service of equipment and locations in accordance with the Maintenance Area of Responsibility document.
2. Support the Area Responsible in maintenance planning.
3. Identify spare parts requirements and technical specifications for maintenance work.
4. Create MRF forms for non-stock spare parts and materials.
5. Assist the Area Responsible in daily activities as required.
6. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for repetitive tasks.
7. Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for maintenance activities.
8. Review and update work instructions regularly.
9. Define Maximo master data content and coordinate data update projects with Maximo admin.
10. Create and process Maximo data requests.
11. Monitor maintenance KPIs and collaborate with the Area Responsible to implement necessary actions.
12. Create and update work orders in Maximo.
13. Troubleshoot issues and communicate with production regarding troubleshooting cases.
14. Supervise shutdowns and evaluate work execution schedules.
15. Inform shutdown leader of delays or changes needed during shutdowns.
16. Provide information and propose solutions for shutdown plan changes.
17. Develop and ensure implementation of maintenance working methods and practices within your area of responsibility.

Reliability

1. Facilitate, support, and participate in RCA investigations as required.
2. Implement actions from RCA within your area.
3. Support the integration of a reliability-centered maintenance program.
4. Identify and support development and improvement projects.
5. Collaborate with mill reliability specialists and the development team on reliability issues.
6. Identify maintenance improvements and prepare related projects.
7. Review and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) content.
8. Develop preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
9. Create lifetime estimations for assets and define long-term maintenance strategies.
10. Maintain and develop long-term service plans for critical assets, including major repairs.
11. Maintain cost awareness of maintenance activities.
12. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / HNC/HND Degree with a relevant apprenticeship and experience.

Professional Experience

1. Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a Mechanical Maintenance environment.
2. Extensive knowledge of Paper and Forest Manufacturing is desirable.
