A leading company in water and wastewater services is looking for an Electrical and Mechanical Technician to perform maintenance activities on sewage pumping stations in Esher. The role requires relevant engineering qualifications and offers a base salary of up to £39,000 plus benefits, including additional payments for standby duties.
We have an exciting opportunity for a career-minded individual to join our Esher team as an Electrical and Mechanical Technician. Your role will be to perform a range of assigned front-line maintenance/operational activities on our sewage pumping stations in the Esher Surrey area.
This will include planned and preventative maintenance of sewage pumping stations to support the operation of our assets.
On a day-to-day basis, you will receive your “workload” and will also be answering emergency alarms. You will be working as part of a team but may also be alone, which highlights the importance of our high health and safety standards.
The role also requires you to take part in a 1 week in every 6 weeks out-of-hours emergency standby rota, for which you receive additional payments.
Base Location - Esher - Surrey - KT10 8AU.
38 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am -3:36 pm.
