Chroma Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Engineer to join a world‑renowned machinery design team in the Bradford area. The role combines hands‑on assembly, testing, calibration and installation of complex electro‑mechanical systems for a global client base.

Ideal candidates are apprentice trained or time‑served engineers with precision assembly skills and electrical/electronic experience. A passion for engineering and practical problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be apprentice trained or time-served mechanical engineer.
• Experience in precision mechanical assembly.
• Electrical/electronic wiring, soldering and fault finding experience.
• Demonstrated passion for engineering and practical hobby projects.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, calibrate and install complex systems.
• Work with precision components and large electro‑mechanical instrumentation.
• Contribute to refurb and new product work for diverse customers.
