The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Mechanical Draughtsperson?

• Produce detailed and accurate mechanical drawings for hardware projects using industry-standard CAD tools.
• Work with engineering teams to convert concepts into comprehensive technical drawings, implementing changes according to our company change process.
• Analyze and optimize mechanical designs for functionality, manufacturability, and efficiency.
• Generate precise documentation to support manufacturing, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to production.
• Contribute to design reviews, offering valuable insights to enhance the quality and efficiency of mechanical drawings.
• Select appropriate materials and finishes, considering durability, cost, and project requirements.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing to the success of various hardware projects.
• Embrace a range of mechanical drafting tasks, demonstrating your adaptability and versatility.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, providing expertise to guide project direction.
