Qualifikationen

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) with CIBSE or equivalent institute.
• Strong background in mechanical design and engineering for data centres.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the growing and expanding Data Centre team across UK/EMEA.
• Provide management, leadership and a strong grounding in engineering & technical skills in the Data centre sector.
• Ensure projects deliver the required results, with full development and meeting client needs.
• Define deliverables, objectives and requirements; organise schedules; manage teams and resources; develop standards and guidelines for the DC Mechanical sector.
• Oversee the EMEA DC Sector technical delivery strategy: set standards, benchmarks, mentor and coach the team, transfer skills.
• Support Work Winning and Business Development to provide MEP DC solutions.
• Provide programme management and commercial oversight for major projects.
• Monitor risk and KPIs; drive issue resolution.
• Deliver seamless, on-time mechanical services across the region.
• Partner with clients to understand business, structure and culture; respond to market changes.
