Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd. in Milton Keynes is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Development Technician to assemble prototype development machinery and support new product development.

You will collaborate with Design Engineers, interpret engineering drawings, and perform mechanical, hydraulic and electrical assemblies to bring concepts to life. The role offers training, progression and a strong hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly; understanding of hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Confidence using hand and power tools and reading engineering drawings.
• Practical, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.

£16.64 per hour (£34,611 per annum), increasing with experience

Monday Friday 08 hours per week

Are you a hands‑on Engineering Technician who enjoys building, problem‑solving and bringing new product designs to life?

We re recruiting a Mechanical Development Technician to join an innovative engineering team, assembling prototype machinery and supporting the development of exciting new products.

The Role:

• Build and assemble prototype and development machinery.
• Carry out mechanical, hydraulic and electrical assembly.
• Work alongside Design Engineers to improve designs and resolve build issues.
• Use engineering drawings, hand tools and technical knowledge to bring concepts to life.
• Support product testing, continuous improvement and quality standards.

What We re Looking For:

• An engineering qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and an understanding of hydraulics and electrical systems.
