Job summary

JASA Talent is seeking a Mechanical Designer for a Building Services role in South East London. The position focuses on creating HVAC/MEP drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, supporting the Engineering team to deliver compliant layouts.

The ideal candidate has experience with CAD design, a mechanical bias, and familiarity with engineering drawings. The role offers growth toward Senior Design Engineer and a generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a CAD Technician, Designer or similar.
• HVAC, MEP, Building Services or similar experience.
• Revit experience.
• AutoCAD 2D / 3D experience.
• Understanding of engineering drawings.
• CAD design and drawings experience.
• Mechanical biased

Responsibilities

• Work with the Engineering team to create new drawings of HVAC/MEP systems, drainage, fire systems and other security layouts.
• Use Revit and AutoCAD for drawings.
• Manage CAD libraries and maintenance.
• Work to client specs and implement changes as needed.
