Fyba Talent is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design and delivery of water and wastewater treatment installations in the UK. The role centers on developing detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using Autodesk Revit, alongside producing technical documentation and supporting project coordination.

You will interpret specifications, P&IDs and site information to deliver accurate, coordinated designs, and prepare equipment layouts and fabrication details while liaising

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain 3D Revit models and 2D engineering drawings for mechanical and electrical plant installations.
• Produce equipment layouts, pipework arrangements, general arrangement drawings and fabrication details.
• Interpret engineering specifications, P&IDs and site information to deliver accurate, coordinated designs.
• Prepare and maintain equipment schedules, material take-offs, bills of materials and supporting technical documentation.
• Identify design clashes, installation constraints and potential engineering risks.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors and suppliers to resolve technical queries and support project delivery.
• Undertake occasional UK site visits for surveys, dimensional checks and installation support.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation meet relevant engineering standards and project requirements.
