Danny Sullivan & Sons Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join a London-based building services contractor delivering residential and student accommodation projects.

You will lead mechanical designs from concept through to construction, coordinating with project delivery teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients to ensure practical, installable solutions in line with UK regulations.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, heating, ventilation, cooling, DHW).
• Ability to produce accurate, practical, coordinated design information.
• Experience delivering designs from concept to construction.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver mechanical building services designs for residential and student accommodation projects.
• Design HVAC, heating, ventilation, cooling and domestic hot water systems.
• Produce mechanical calculations, specifications, drawings and technical documentation.
• Develop coordinated designs suitable for construction and installation.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with electrical, public health, architectural and structural disciplines.
• Assist with design reviews, technical queries and design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs meet relevant UK Building Regulations, standards and project requirements.
• Prepare and review technical submissions and design information.
• Attend project and design coordination meetings.
• Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Support projects through construction, commissioning and handover.
