The successful candidate will be degree-qualified in Mechanical Building Services or Mechanical Engineering, potentially Chartered or working towards

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and member of CIBSE or IET.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards becoming chartered.
• Proven experience and capability in mechanical building services engineering.
• Confident in communicating complex technical concepts into readily understood information for a wider business audience.
• Experienced in the application of quality procedures and document control in engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Providing high quality mechanical designs and specifications that meet client requirements and brief.
• Delivering high level technical advice in mechanical building services engineering.
• Supporting mechanical engineering in project design meetings, establishing solutions and agreeing concepts.
• Ensuring delivery of co-ordinated design solutions through to project completion.
• Collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
