Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services) £40,000 - £50,000 + Training + Hybrid + Bonus + Flexible Hours, Exeter

Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with a background in building services looking for the chance to move into leadership while being supported by constant training? This hybrid role allows you to work from home 2 days a week. You will work with a collaborative team to design smart, energy-efficient mechanical systems across commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors. Using Revit (training provided), you will deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions by interpreting briefs and performing calculations to offer the best service in the industry. Full in-house training for management and Revit is available.

This company is growing rapidly, with new sites opening frequently and plans for expansion. They are looking to expand their Mechanical Design team.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating building services designs within a project team
2. Working from a brief, making calculations, and reporting to senior managers
3. Training on Revit and management
4. Standard working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (flexible, with 2 days remote work)

Person Specification:
