Job summary

Justrite Safety Group in Stockport is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to process engineered solutions by producing GA drawings and BOMs for production, while supporting sales to specify the right equipment at bid. You will lead customer-specific projects through the approval process and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Hughes Safety Showers.

The role requires a degree in a relevant discipline, at least three years in a senior engineering design role, and strong CAD/ERP

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline with strong business acumen and soft skills.

Responsibilities

• Process engineered solutions orders by producing GA drawings and BOMs to support production.
• Lead customer-specific projects during the approval process.
• Provide sales support to ensure correct equipment is specified at bid stage.
• Create bills of materials (BOMs) for assemblies using the ERP system.
• Deliver compliance reports and document findings clearly.
