What are we looking for?

1. Mechanical design experience, ideally within heavy engineering
2. Design experience from cradle to grave
3. Ability to perform hand calculations and support with SolidWorks simulations
4. Strong understanding of structural and mechanical components
5. Ability to interpret drawings and conduct load assessments/stress analysis
6. Experience working with fabrication and manufacturing teams to meet design standards
7. Provide technical support to project managers and installation teams
8. Prepare and review technical drawings
9. This role is based in Sheffield; candidates should be within commuting distance or willing to relocate
