• 10+ ans d'expérience dans la conception de systèmes de services mécaniques.
• Capacité à réaliser des visites de site et à communiquer avec les clients.
• Expérience pertinente dans des projets de mécanique de 100k à 5m.

• Concevoir des projets mécaniques en répondant aux exigences des spécifications.
• Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux membres juniors de l'équipe.
• Présenter des conceptions à l'équipe de gestion de contrat.

• Be able to carry out site surveys & visits
• Confident in meeting with clients & liaising with key decision makers
• Ability to present designs to the Contract Management team
• A good working knowledge of BMS & Controls
