We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team in Colchester. In this role, you will lead the development and modification of machine design concepts and deliverables, playing a key role in shaping the future of food processing technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll:

• Collaborate with teams to develop concepts, test ideas, investigate possibilities, and verify designs.
• Focus on function, cleaning aspects, reliability, safety, production technologies, and cost-efficiency in your designs.
• Execute mechanical design tasks for machinery, layouts, assemblies, and components, including preparing assembly/detail drawings and part lists.
• Deliver mechanical solutions on time and according to project plans.
• Ensure your work adheres to Company guidelines (MEDS) and international standards.
