My client is looking for a Mechanical Contracts Manager. They are a well-established Building Services Contractor based in south London with over 40 years’ experience in the industry who have worked on many high-end commercial projects in central London typically up to £10m in value (M&E), as well as an exciting portfolio within the Healthcare and Education sectors.

They are currently going through an exciting period of growth, doubling turnover in the last couple of years and are looking to add a Mechanical Contacts Manager to support project delivery, to be based at their office in south London.

Mechanical Contracts Manager Position Overview

As a pivotal member of the contracts department, you will oversee the successful execution of mechanical projects ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include :
  • Preparation of Contract works programmes, tech subs, and Health and Safety documentation.
  • Preparation of contract applications and account reports, variations and commercial submissions and monthly contract reports for Director review and Client issue.
  • Manage end-to-end mechanical projects, from initiation through installation and commissioning.
  • Lead project teams, including project and site managers
  • Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring project alignment with their requirements.
