Job summary

Marshall Harmony Limited is seeking a Mechanical CAD Draughtsperson to design and manufacture bespoke industrial machinery. You will create detailed drawings, 3D models and assemblies, contributing from concept to the finished machine with involvement in design decisions.

You will join an established engineering team in Dudley, earning £37,000–£43,000, with a pension, holidays and flexible start/finish times. This is a site-based role near the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Fusion 360 for 3D modelling, assemblies and drawings.
• At least two years engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed manufacturing drawings, 3D models and assemblies.
• Involve from initial concept through to finished machine.
• Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing team to realise designs.
