  • Perform detailed engineering calculations using tools such as Excel, IES, Hevacomp, and MEPworx.
  • Prepare technical specifications, reports, and presentations to support effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with BIM teams to develop coordinated models and drawings, with a working knowledge of Revit.
  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, contributing to technical discussions and project coordination.
  • Undertake condition surveys, site inspections, and support installation and commissioning activities.
  • Manage assigned tasks and deliver outputs to a high standard within agreed timelines and budgets.

  • Sound understanding of UK technical standards and relevant codes of practice.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency strategies and approaches to decarbonising both new and existing buildings.
  • Awareness of energy and carbon data analysis, with an interest in improving building performance and supporting low‑carbon design.
  • Familiarity with measurement and verification processes, including commissioning and post-installation performance evaluation.
