Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is hiring a Mechanical Assembly Technician for a Stroud workshop. You will build, install and maintain bespoke equipment in a hands-on role within an expanding engineering firm.

You will work with pumps, valves and pipes, with overtime, a bonus scheme and progression routes. The role offers an early finish on Fridays and a structured training plan to upskill.

Position:

Mechanical Assembly Technician

£35,000 (£40,000-£42,000 OTE) + Bonus + Overtime + Progression + Early Friday finish

Do you have a Mechanical Fitting/Maintenance background or similar looking for a workshop based position with an expanding business providing a personal development plan and multiple routes of progression, access to regular overtime and a generous bonus scheme?

This is a hands on role static you'll help build, install, and maintain bespoke equipment within the mechanical division. You'll work with tools to assemble parts like pumps, valves, and pipes. Your job will also include checking systems for any faults, carrying out repairs, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

This role would suit someone with a background in pneumatics, Hydraulics, pipe bending or similar looking to join a company that will providing training to upskill ad offer multiple pathways of progression.
