What You'll Do

• Assemble and commission machines, modules, and sub-assemblies using engineering drawings and 3D models.
• Accurately complete all quality documentation.
• Identify and report quality issues promptly and efficiently.
• Operate material handling equipment (training provided).
• Support and maintain 5S standards and excellent workplace safety.
• Contribute to on-time delivery and improved build efficiency.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Apprentice training in a mechanical field is highly preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand Bills of Materials.
• Proven mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within machine assembly.
• Experience with assembling large fabricated parts.
• Comfortable handling various components (sheet metal, machined parts, electrical components).
• Strong communication and numeracy skills; computer literacy essential.
• Counterbalance forklift license (desirable).
• Lean manufacturing knowledge (desirable).
