Connect Appointments is recruiting Mechanical Assembly Operators to join the UK's leading manufacturer of specialist temperature-controlled and bespoke commercial vehicles, based at their Dunfermline facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly or coachbuilding.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Team-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Basic IT skills for job tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assembling mechanical components to engineering specifications using hand and power tools.
• Performing quality checks throughout the assembly process and resolving build issues.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately.
• Collaborating with other departments to improve build flow.
• Maintaining accurate build records and a clean, safe work environment.
