The successful candidate will report to senior management, drive cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Stores, Warehouse, Distribution and Maintenance, and lead projects such as Merit Reviews and Quality Audits.

Aufgaben

• Lead 2 shifts (≈40 staff) of Supervisors/Team Leaders and Assemblers.
• Monitor quality, cost, delivery and safety targets.
• Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Warehouse, Distribution and Maintenance.
• Lead department projects such as Merit Reviews and Quality Audits.
• Deliver quarterly briefs to the senior management team.
