Job summary

Proactive Global is looking for Mechanical Assemblers / Fitters in Aldershot to join a specialist engineering and manufacturing business. The role is initially a temporary position with the potential to go permanent.

You will read engineering drawings and assemble semi-complex components using hand and power tools. The role carries a pay rate of £14-£18 per hour and offers opportunities to grow with the company as it expands its headcount.

• Attention to detail and quality control demonstrated.

Mechanical Assemblers/ Fitters

£14-18ph

Mechanical Assemblers / Fitters required to work for a specialist engineering and manufacturing business based in Aldershot. We are looking for experienced assemblers/ Fitters who can take on a range of assembly tasks by working to engineering drawings. This role will vary, however we are looking for someone with an experience of assembling semi complex components into housings. We are looking for people at any stage of their career, who have focus, drive and a passion for engineering. This role will give you the opportunity to grow within a business as they launch new products and treble the business headcount!

Mechanical Assembly/ Fitting

• Assembling products using technical drawings,
• Use of hand tools and power tools such as drills, Saws, grinders and sanders.
