INDLEE in Bradford is seeking Mechanical Assemblers for a busy manufacturing and engineering environment. The role is temporary with day shifts, paying £13.56 per hour for 39 hours a week, Mon-Fri.

You will follow engineering drawings, perform soldering, and use hand, air and power tools. The role involves repetitive work with heavy lifting and strict manual handling requirements.

Mechanical Assembly Op

Temp, Days, £13.56p/hr, 39hrs per week, Mon-Fri

BRADFORD

I am recruiting Mechanical Assemblers to work for a busy Manufacturing and Engineering company based in Bradford.

You must have previous Mechanical Assembly or Production build experience, be able to follow written engineering/technical drawings, have experience soldering and good knowledge of using hand, air and power tools. Knowledge of Manual Handling Techniques will be vital as the role will include heavy lifting.

The work is quite intricate, so dexterity will be vital. If you are looking for a lot of variety in your work, then this might not be for you. The work will be repetitive, working on and assembling the same/similar units every day. Day to day duties will include:

• Basic assembly work
• Drilling
• Soldering
• Operating hand tools
• General cleaning and tidying of the workspace area

Day shifts are 6am to 2.30pm from Mon to Thurs with an 11.45am finish on a Friday, with a Pay Rate of £13.56p/hr and Overtime paid at time + ½. The role is advertised as Temporary initially, but could be Temp to Perm for the right candidates.
