Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to perform vehicle inspections and complete PDA reports at our client sites in the UK. The role includes daily collaboration with the inspection team and ensuring high service quality for customers.

You will conduct used vehicle condition reports, support site inspections, and travel regularly to BCA sites within the region, with longer trips as required. The position offers a competitive hourly rate with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Understanding of vehicle diagnostics, software updates, and electric/hybrid vehicles (advantageous).
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• A full UK driving licence.

Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

£13.99 per hour (£30,917.90k annually) plus bonus (OTE around £35k)

Hours - 8.15am-5.45pm Wednesday to Sunday OR Saturday to Wednesday

What we're looking for

To excel in this role, you must have:

• An NVQ Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• Comprehensive mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• An understanding of vehicle diagnostics, software updates, and electric/hybrid vehicles (advantageous)
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels
• A full UK driving licence
