Role summary:

The trainee will complete the TIP Mechanic Academy in one year. This hands-on learning model combines online, face-to-face, and supervised on-the-job training to equip you with all the skills needed to become a Standard Trailer Mechanic. During the program, you will earn a wage that increases as you progress!

Responsibilities:

The main goal is to acquire all the technical skills required to become a Standard Trailer Mechanic.

You will be introduced to a wide range of topics, supervised by a coach or sponsor. You will learn how to function effectively in a team, support team activities, liaise with key stakeholders, and commit to high customer service standards. You will also learn to identify obstacles and develop solutions.
