Northgate Vehicle Hire in Runcorn is hiring a Vehicle Technician to maintain and repair our fleet so every vehicle is safe and compliant for hire. If you are a fully qualified Level 3 Technician or Mechanic, we would love to hear from you.

Our Runcorn site is home to Northgate Vehicle Hire and our sister companies Auxillis and Charged EV, with a total of 41 colleagues. The workshop is supported by a wealth of experience from our Workshop and Branch Managers, with a stream of work from Regional and National Key accounts and a fleet of 1700 vehicles, you will join a team of 5 technicians to support the growth of the branch. Situated in close proximity to the motorway and local supermarkets. Runcorn has a great team spirit!

About you

As a Vehicle Technician you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles to ensure they are safe and legally compliant for our customers to hire. If you are a fully qualified Level 3 Technician / Mechanic, we would love to hear from you.

We have our own internal IMI accredited training department, where we can upskill you on such things as Hybrid & EV vehicle repair, Tail lift, braking systems, electrics etc:
