Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled mechanic / vehicle technician to join our friendly team and assist with the development of our branch.

Mechanics are the backbone of our business and are required to diagnose, repair, and service our customers’ vehicles. We are looking for great vehicle technicians to contribute to our success by carrying out servicing or repairs promptly to get vehicles back on the road quickly. If you are a fully qualified (or time-served) mechanic / vehicle technician and ideally hold a current driving licence (for vehicle road testing), we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs and servicing to the highest standards and specifications;
• Test and diagnose faults as requested;
• Examine vehicles, recognize and report vehicle or component defects or systems of impending failure;
• Ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices;
• Promote and maintain the company image as a brand ambassador.

Requirements:

• Appropriate hands-on experience and qualifications in the motor industry;
• Own tools required (basic toolkit loans available);
• Current driving licence preferred for road testing.
