  • A self-starter: Working independently and collaboratively, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
  • A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve issues, whether fixing vehicles roadside or recovering them to a garage, enabling customers to continue their day.
What do I need?

You’ll need:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • A full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less. If you don’t have Category BE (towing), we will fund it for you.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

We offer fully supported development programs to help you grow your career, whether in your current role or by learning new skills and taking on greater responsibilities.
