Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced and qualified LGV Mechanic/Fitter on behalf of our client. With a significant fleet of LGVs operating throughout the country, we need skilled mechanics to perform repairs and planned maintenance on site.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain LGV units and a variety of trailers including walking floors, timber cranes, tippers, and curtain-sided trailers.
• Ensure efficient use of time and resources while maintaining LGVs.

Requirements:

• Experience in maintaining LGVs or HGVs
• Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or B/TEC).

Working Hours:

• Negotiable hours during dayshift, primarily Monday to Friday.
• Company pension.

Schedule:

• Day shift.
• Monday to Friday.
• Overtime.
• Weekend availability.

General Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7am – 5:30pm
• Saturday (as required): 8am – 12pm
