Job summary

Streamline Search Limited is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicles to high standards, with opportunities for career development through ongoing manufacturer training.

You should have a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, relevant experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a full UK driving licence. MOT tester qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• A full UK driving licence.
• MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults.
• Using diagnostic equipment and technical support systems.
• Following manufacturer repair procedures and workshop processes.
• Completing accurate electronic job cards and technical reports.

The Role
