Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Corsham is seeking a Production Operative to support uncured and curing areas, following SOPs and strict quality standards within a team. You will help maintain safety, hygiene, and product quality while reporting issues to supervisors.

The role offers a 6.00 am - 2.00 pm shift, weekly pay, on-site parking and benefits, with prior production line experience and Level 2 Food Safety preferred.

• Level 2 Food Safety (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Safety policies.
• Report Health & Safety or quality concerns to your Line Leader.
• Participate in company training programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow hygiene requirements.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Report any out-of-specification products or materials to your supervisor or QA.
• Responsible for the curing process of meat products using various curing methods.
