Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Westerleigh is recruiting Production Operatives for the Abattoir Department. You will operate equipment and machinery to prepare carcasses for chilling and follow strict food safety training to produce high-quality, safe products.

The role requires a can-do attitude, teamwork, and flexibility to work across multiple areas on a rotating 40-hour schedule. Training will be provided to develop skills and advance within the business.

Responsibilities

• Operating equipment and machinery to prepare carcass for chilling.

• Completing tasks efficiently to reduce waste and downtime.
• Working as part of a team and sharing knowledge.
• Work across multiple roles and areas within the Abattoir to meet service levels.
