Join the Audi F1 Project - Shape the Future of Motorsport!

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil handles chassis development and race operations.

Your mission

• Inspection and measurement of vehicle components made of composite materials, laminating molds, and fixtures using 3D measuring arms, 3D laser scanners, and handheld measurement tools
• Control and identification of non-conforming parts
• Preparation, documentation, and creation of inspection reports
• Recording error reports in the quality management system
• Cross-departmental collaboration for developing and implementing solutions
• Supporting departments with measurement and technical drawing-related issues

Your profile

• Completed mechanical apprenticeship with additional training in quality assurance
• AUKOM Level 1 & 2 desirable
• Experience with 3D measuring arms and Polyworks software
• Experience with common handheld measuring instruments
• Good knowledge of technical drawings – ISO GPS 8015
• Structured, precise, and independent working style
• High resilience and flexibility, willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Fluent in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language
