Job Description:

Join the Audi F1 Project and help shape the future of motorsport! Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting 2026. The team operates across three locations: the Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the new Motorsport Technical Center in the UK. This role is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Inspect and measure vehicle components made of composite materials, including laminating molds and fixtures, using 3D measuring arms, laser scanners, and handheld tools.
2. Identify and control non-conforming parts.
3. Prepare, document, and generate inspection reports.
4. Record error reports in the quality management system.
5. Collaborate across departments to develop and implement solutions efficiently.
6. Serve as a point of contact for measurement and technical drawing issues.

Your profile:

1. Completed mechanical apprenticeship with additional training in quality assurance.
2. AUKOM Level 1 & 2 certification is desirable.
3. Experience with 3D measuring arms and Polyworks software.
4. Proficiency with common handheld measuring instruments.
5. Good understanding of technical drawings (ISO GPS 8015).
6. Structured, precise, and independent work style.
7. Resilient, flexible, and willing to work in a 2-shift system.
8. Fluent in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language.
