Join the Audi F1 Project - Shape the Future of Motorsport!

About the Project

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK.

The Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations. The UK facility will be operational this year.

Your Role

• Inspect and measure vehicle components made of composite materials, laminating molds, and fixtures using 3D measuring arms, laser scanners, and handheld tools.
• Control and identify non-conforming parts.
• Prepare, document, and create inspection reports.
• Record error reports in the quality management system.
• Collaborate across departments to develop and implement solutions efficiently.
• Support departments with measurement and technical drawing issues.

Candidate Profile

• Completed mechanical apprenticeship with additional training in quality assurance.
• AUKOM Level 1 & 2 certification is desirable.
• Experience with 3D measuring arms and Polyworks software.
• Proficient in using handheld measuring instruments.
• Good understanding of technical drawings (ISO GPS 8015).
• Structured, precise, and independent work style.
• High resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Fluent in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language.
