Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil handles chassis development and race operations.
We are looking for individuals with an athlete's mindset—those who see limits as opportunities to overcome. Join us to bring Vorsprung durch Technik to Formula 1 and make motorsport history.
This position is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.

Your mission:

• Inspect and measure vehicle components made of composite materials, including individual parts, laminating molds, and fixtures, using 3D measuring arms, laser scanners, and handheld tools.
• Identify and control non-conforming parts.
• Prepare, document, and generate inspection reports.
• Record errors in the quality management system.
• Collaborate across departments to develop and implement solutions efficiently.
• Serve as a point of contact for measurement and technical drawing issues.

Your profile:

• Completed mechanical apprenticeship with additional training in quality assurance; AUKOM Level 1 & 2 preferred.
• Experience with 3D measuring arms and Polyworks software.
• Proficient with handheld measuring instruments.
• Good understanding of technical drawings per ISO GPS 8015.
• Structured, precise, and independent in work.
• Resilient, flexible, and willing to work in a 2-shift system.
• Fluent in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language.
