The Role

The Measurement Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of Wind measurement equipment that is placed at the top of MET Towers that can be up to 100ft tall.

However, the technician will also be required to spend some time in the workshop to repair equipment that has been taken in and to prepare for upcoming project requirements. They will also be responsible for providing reports on the data acquired from the equipment.

The technician will often work independently or as part of a small team to ensure delivery of Wind Measurement projects across a portfolio of clients in the UK and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hands-on electro mechanical technician role, with a great aptitude for solving mechanical and electrical technical problems.
