We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Measurement Associate Director. This is a full-time position based in London. The role is crucial in supporting WPP's mission to ensure consistency, delivery excellence, and top-tier service for Amazon across its diverse businesses including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.

  • Be responsible for translating client briefs to identify appropriate analytics methodologies such as MMM, geo tests, lift studies, and attribution.
  • Coordinate teams across multiple locations to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of marketing objectives to support account teams with KPI frameworks and measurement agendas.
  • Enhance analytical capabilities across the agency by introducing new methods, techniques, tools, and systems, managing the process from development to regional rollout.
  • Manage and develop a team of 1-3 analysts, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow.
  • Create clear, robust campaign reviews and insights, demonstrating how to improve effectiveness.
  • Understand marketing platform testing and targeting, acting as a consultant in their implementation.
  • Translate complex data concepts for stakeholders and contribute to company strategy, promoting data-driven innovation.
  • Design and analyze experiments including A/B tests, multi-cell, difference-in-difference, and geo tests.
  • Serve as a reliable day-to-day client contact and maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for measurement solutions, including managing contracts and SOWs.
  • Manage reporting teams and set automation strategies to incorporate new tools.
  • Conduct drivers' analyses to identify success indicators and set KPIs.
  • Lead target setting and forecasting based on historical data and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with planning and activation teams to incorporate learnings into future campaigns.

  • Knowledge of measurement methodologies including MMM, research, and attribution.
  • Strong commercial acumen and project management skills, including familiarity with tools like Wrike, Jira, or Trello.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS.
  • Ability to present data visually engagingly and insightfully.
  • Experience in mentorship, empathy, and leadership.

  • Degrees in quantitative fields like Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of tools like TGI, IPA Touchpoints, BrandWatch, Meltwater, YouGov.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Experience with digital ad tech and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in European languages.
  • Active membership in industry bodies and participation in events.
