Oakleigh School & Acorn Assessment Centre in Greater London seeks adaptable and motivated individuals to support children with learning difficulties during meals, play times and personal care. The role runs 11:30 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday, 12.5 hours per week term-time only, with INSET days.

Flexible working options will be considered. All staff receive specialist training and DBS checks are required; safeguarding is a priority.

Qualifications

• Flexible working options are considered.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
• Relevant experience is desirable but the right attitude and work skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Support children with learning difficulties through eating, play times and personal care.
• Work with staff to assist in learning activities and supervision.
• Assist during break times and implement daily routines under guidance.
