Job summary

Sherford Vale School & Nursery is seeking Meal Time Assistants to support pupils during lunch breaks. The role involves helping with serving lunches, supervising lunchtime play, and promoting positive behaviour, with an understanding of special needs.

Hours are 5 per week, 38 weeks per year, 12:00–13:00, Monday to Friday, with start ASAP. Applicants will undergo DBS checks and safeguarding procedures as part of recruitment.

About this Role

Meal time assistant

We currently require Meal Time Assistants, to support with pupil's needs during their lunch time. We are seeking to recruit highly supportive, friendly, and committed candidates to join our team.

The main purpose of the job is to assist serving lunches and provide lunchtime play supervision. The successful candidates will need to promote consistently high levels of behaviour and have an understanding of special needs.

Job Start Date -ASAP

5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

12-1pm Monday - Friday
