Job summary

Zouch Academy in Tidworth is seeking a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join our lunchtime supervision team. You will help ensure a safe, positive lunchtime experience for our pupils aged 4–11 within a supportive school setting, under the White Horse Federation trust.

The role is permanent and part-time, working 7.5 hours across 38 weeks. We value enthusiastic, communicative staff who prioritise safeguarding and can work well with children and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about working in a school environment.
  • Able to communicate confidently with children and staff.
  • Aware of the importance of child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Join the midday supervisory team to support lunchtimes in our school.
  • Ensure children have a safe and positive lunchtime experience.
  • Interact confidently with pupils and staff to maintain a calm, welcoming environment.

Zouch Academy sits at the north end of Tidworth on a large, green site, catering for more than 400 pupils aged between 4 and 11 years of age. There is also a nursery provision on-site. We aim for excellence and enjoyment in learning and want all our children to be happy to come to school.
