Job summary

Zouch Academy in Tidworth (The White Horse Federation) is seeking a Midday Supervisory Assistant. You will help supervise lunchtimes to ensure a safe, positive environment for primary pupils aged 4–11, including a nursery on-site. The role focuses on supportive interaction with children and staff, under a safeguarding-aware framework.

As part of the federation, you will benefit from professional development opportunities and a supportive school community, with a 7.5-hour day over 38 weeks.

Responsibilities

The Role

MDSA Hours: 7.5 over 38 working weeks Contract: Permanent Zouch Academy sits at the north end of Tidworth on a large, green site, catering for more than 400 pupils aged between 4 and 11 years of age. There is also a nursery provision on‑site. We aim for excellence and enjoyment in learning and want all our children to be happy to come to school.
