As a Customer Care Assistant, think of yourself as the face of your restaurant. In a nutshell, you\'ll deal with customers and make sure everything runs as it should in the customer areas.

Responsibilities
  • Deal with customers and ensure everything runs smoothly in the customer areas.
  • Make children feel welcome, hand out balloons, and help organise special events.
  • Look after customers\' specific needs and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets.
  • Help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and maintain positive communication with customers at all times.
  • Keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; able to work well as part of a team.
