Rolls-Royce offers an Accelerate MBA Internship in the UK, a 10-week programme starting with a pro rata salary of £31,000 plus a £500 joining bonus to assist with moving costs. Roles can be based in Derby, London or Bristol, with hybrid work and travel between sites as required.

You will rotate across functional areas, learning from experienced colleagues and tackling meaningful projects that impact HR, IT, strategy, procurement and more.

Qualifications

• Current full-time MBA student or equivalent
• Open-minded, curious, collaborative and agile
• Willingness to travel between locations during internship

Responsibilities

• Work across Rolls-Royce functions on MBA projects and initiatives
• Blend digital learning with on-the-job training to build skills
• Prepare for future roles by gaining hands-on experience across the business
