Job summary

Rolls-Royce invites university students for a 10-week Summer Internship across Derby, Bristol, London and East Grinstead. You will join one of our business areas, work on meaningful projects, and learn from experienced colleagues with hybrid working.

You’ll gain valuable insights into contract negotiations, purchasing, and support to commercial teams, with pathways to roles as an experienced hire. Applicants should have at least one year left in their degree.

Qualifications

• Current university student with at least one year left in degree
• Open-minded, curious, collaborative and agile – enjoys problem solving and teamwork
• Hybrid working and on-site presence required, with some remote options

Responsibilities

• Work on meaningful projects across Rolls-Royce business areas
• Gain insight into roles from HR to IT, strategy to procurement
• Learn from industry experts through digital learning and on-the-job training
